  4. Provide a process for determining the critical path method (CPM).
  5. Evaluate schedule compression techniques.
  6. Describe the risk management process, including risk identification, analysis, and response.
  7. Discuss the leadership techniques that a project manager can use to meet the agreed objectives of the project.
  8. Explain how the calculated results from earned value management (EVM) are part of an audit.
