Learners who request to drop a program before the start of the school term have the right to receive a full course tuition fee refund. Once the school term has started, learners are not eligible for any refunds. The ineligibility of refunds for the school offerings is calculated from the start date of the SCE term announced by the school and not from the date of the learner’s first class session.
The American University of Higher Education Foundation shall issue refunds within 90 days of the effective date of termination, and The University is not responsible for any bank fees incurred.
