Description
Develops the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity, email) for Android and Apple iOS mobile operating systems.
Outcomes
- Compare and contrast Windows operating systems.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot common problems among the hardware and the Windows operating system for personal computers.
- Troubleshoot Internet access and networks (wired and wireless).
- Explain how to secure a personal computers, mobile devices, and networks (wired and wireless).
- Explain the specific features used to configure the connectivity of mobile devices.
